Expression of Interest (EOI) Process

Phase 1: Preliminary Expression of Interest

The initial stage of the Expression of Interest allows potential investors to examine the preliminary details offered regarding a potential investment opportunity. To remain informed about the launch and subsequent developments, it is advisable to submit an EOI. Further details will be disseminated through email communications as the launch date approaches, with comprehensive documents provided at the commencement of Phase 2, the Investment Phase.

Submission of an EOI does not constitute any form of financial commitment nor does it establish a legally binding contract. The formal investment commitment occurs in Phase 2, the Investment Phase.

An EOI accords prospective investors with the advantage of receiving information about distinctive investment opportunities prior to their general market release. It affords an early engagement option with the investment opportunity, thereby granting priority before reaching full subscription capacity with our investors.

It is imperative to submit an EOI for investment opportunities anticipated to achieve their subscription target rapidly, for once the offer is public, investment allocations are secured on a first-come-first-served basis.

Once an offer is fully subscribed, no further investment applications will be entertained. In order to avoid such a scenario, one must promptly submit an EOI. Correspondence regarding the opportunity will be conducted primarily through email, and we encourage a vigilant watch on both your inbox and the Nomis Capital website for timely updates.

To ensure priority consideration and placement at the forefront of the queue, express your interest at your earliest convenience.

Phase 2: Investment Phase

The Investment Phase involves the formal application for investment, wherein funds are allocated to a Solicitors Trust Account in preparation for distribution to the development project. While completing an EOI is not a prerequisite for investing in subsequent offers through Nomis Capital, it does facilitate priority notification.

Confirmation of application submission and investment status can be readily verified by logging into your investor profile to review any pending applications awaiting completion of payment.

Investment participation is permissible at any juncture during the open Investment Phase. Nomis Capital will conduct Due Diligence on prospective investors to ensure compliance with the stipulated minimum requirements.

Following the closure of the deal, investors will be issued either a unitholder or shareholder certificate within 28 days, substantiating the investment. Please note that during this interval, the status of your investment will be classified as pending.
